I’ve been going to this office since I was a kid, and Dr. Perrott has always been a wonderful dentist. But after my family’s experiences with Dr. Hiner, I felt like it was finally time to leave a review. The first time I ever saw Dr. Hiner, he noticed something unusual on a simple X-ray. The root of one of my molars was growing into my sinus. For years, I had dealt with episodes of facial numbness, debilitating pain, and headaches. I had seen my PCP, an ENT, and neurology was going to be my next stop. Dr. Hiner found what was causing it on an X-ray. We took care of the tooth, and I have not had the pain or numbness since. It’s been over two years. But what actually made me sit down and write this review was my 8-year-old. She needs a little extra patience. She wants to know what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what to expect. She was SO nervous to get a filling, and Dr. Hiner was incredibly patient with her. He explained things to her, listened to her, gave her the time she needed, and most importantly, treated her with respect instead of treating her fears like they were silly because she’s a kid. As a mom, that means everything. I already trusted this office with my ow

If you’re scared of getting a cavity filled this review is for you! I have been a patient of Dr. Perrott for nearly 20 years and wanted to share my first real cavity experience to help others.. First of all, the hygienist I usually have clean my teeth is Nadine and she is amazing! She knows how anxious I am and is so nice and calm that her personality helps me relax. Other hygienists have been very similar and nice as well. I was terrified of getting a cavity filled…and recently was told I had one between my teeth. Dr. Perrot told me not to worry and he will take care of me. He also knew this was my main fear. The day before, I requested something to help me relax and be less anxious that morning. I entered the room in tears but immediately his assistant was very nice and made me feel more at ease. Then he numbed my gums with a gel very well so that I did not feel the needle they use to completely numb the area. It truly worked! Next, he started drilling, working on my cavity and I was in NO pain. I only felt vibrations from the drill and obviously could hear it too. I used earbuds also to listen to music. At one point I thought some pain was starting to be felt and he stopped and

We’re running a bit late for the appointment, I called and made sure it would be okay to still come in. She said they would make it work so we made our way there. When we showed up we were turned away. Almost every time I’ve been to the office I’ve waiting over 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. They seem to value quantity over quality. Good luck trying to reschedule… always over booked and under staffed! Will be looking for a new dentist. Also, the lady at the front desk was rude and made it clear that we were an inconvenience, even though we called ahead and checked if we could still come in.

I don't create many reviews, but I am making an exception for this dental office. My suggestion is not to bother calling this office. I wanted to be a new patient and Dr. Perrott is not accepting new patients, but Dr. Hiner is. The receptionist asked for my insurance information and I told her. She sighed and said, you need to make sure Dr. Hiner is in the network, because it doesn't mean one accepts if the other does. OK, you should probably ask for more info from me, but that's ok. The reviews said this office made them feel comfortable, which is important to me, so I double checked and Dr. Hiner was in network with my insurance. I called back to schedule and I heard the sigh again. *sigh* "ok, what's your name?" in a tone that was clearly not interested in working with another patient. I don't need to be treated like that before even setting an appointment. Just be warned that the negative reviews are very real unfortunately. What a shame.
